Are you my mommy?

I have an evil twin. Well, really I have a sister who is neither of those things that happens to look something like me. Neither of us think we look anything alike, but after being approached multiple times by complete strangers calling me “Karen” I have come to accept that we must.

Complete strangers are no problem. Today, though, Katie demanded milk from her when she and Gigi came to babysit. I mean, seriously demanded. As in trying to seize by force and not taking no for an answer. I’m not sure how the confusion occurred, since my sister is nine months pregnant.

Here she is following her “mama” into the bathroom.

I would be a little hurt if it wasn’t so hilarious. I love being a mama and I’m not sharing my title with anyone : – ) I am looking forward to my new title, though. Come soon, Baby Hammond! Your aunt Heather can’t wait to meet you.

Too cute, I can totally picture her doing that in my head. I do think you and your sis look alike from the pic. Love that you are blogging more :)

They’re having a boy but the name is still up in the air. Daniel and I can’t agree on a name for a boy (should we ever have one) either. Must be a thing with Karen and I (we like a lot of the same names and are married to men with bad taste : – )
