Contrary to not-so-widely circulated rumors I have not been kidnapped by a traveling band of karaoke crazy hippos (though that would be fun!). Things have just been a little quiet around here because, well, ya’ll got so excited about the lip/cheek tint photo last week I’m rushing this DIY beauty guide into publication ahead of schedule – it will be going on presale this weekend, YAY!
Ya’ll, these recipes WORK. Like, REALLY WORK. No more limp, greasy hair because you’re trying to reduce your toxic load. My chemical-free shampoos leave hair glossy and touchable, the tooth whitener won’t force you to guzzle coal tar, fluoride, aspartame, aluminum and benzene every time you swallow¹, and I think you’re gonna love my homemade lotion bars (using my favorite naughty ingredient, of course!), solid perfume, shaving soap, hair dyes and more! I love the idea of making my own products but what I usually find is they’ve never been tested on someone who has hard water (well water). Wondering if yours have been? Things with glycerin do awful things with hard water. I don’t know what your recipes contain
