- 1/2 cup avocado
- 1 cup cucumber (diced)
- 1 cup zucchini (diced)
- 1 garlic clove (crushed)
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1 tbsp fresh celery leaves
- 1 tbsp miso
- 2 cups warm water
Instructions
- Heat water on stove.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth in high-speed blender or food processor.
- Serve topped with ground pepper and dulse flakes or sea salt.
