Creamy Cucumber Soup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup avocado
  • 1 cup cucumber (diced)
  • 1 cup zucchini (diced)
  • 1 garlic clove (crushed)
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1 tbsp fresh celery leaves
  • 1 tbsp miso
  • 2 cups warm water

Instructions

  1. Heat water on stove.
  2. Blend all ingredients until smooth in high-speed blender or food processor.
  3. Serve topped with ground pepper and dulse flakes or sea salt.
