 Homestyle Stuffing {GAPS, Paleo & Primal}

Savoury sage and a hint of sweet apples make this holiday stuffing a delicious, GAPS-friendly alternative to traditional bread-based dishes.

Blueberry Almond Crumb Muffins

These little bursts of indigo-flavored joy are all wrapped up in moist, cakey goodness topped with crunchy, crumbly bits.

Grain-Free “Looks Like Whole Wheat” Biscuits {GAPS-Friendly}

Whether nor not you’re following GAPS these biscuits are a MUST try. Only three steps and they’re ready to bake, too! Pair them with hollandaise sauce for a added yum factor!

Almond Pancakes {GAPS-Friendly}

More than just a sweet treat, a short stack of these will load you up with protein, vitamin A, folate, magnesium, vitamin E and more. I liked them enough to make them THREE times in two days.

    I tried the almond pancakes and I couldn’t get the center cooked. Is that right, that the center be raw?

      They should have cooked evenly all the way through. Did you make great big pancakes? I can imagine it might take a long time for the center to cook if it was a monster one . . .
