I tried the almond pancakes and I couldn’t get the center cooked. Is that right, that the center be raw?

They should have cooked evenly all the way through. Did you make great big pancakes? I can imagine it might take a long time for the center to cook if it was a monster one . . .

Hi, I’m reading and starting to follow the diet in cure your dental decay for my toddler son who has serious amounts of decay on his top four teeth :-( I was uplifted to read your post about the healing of your daughter’s teeth. In the book they seem to advise limiting the intake of nuts and seeds, yet a few of your recipes here are using moderate to considerable amounts – did you do this during the initial remineralization time of her teeth? Or does the soaking really make them that safe? I have a local source for raw milk and butter, so will be making yogurts and whey regularly… :-) thanks for sharing so many beautiful recipes. I’m excited to try them. Oh and did you limit sweet fruits too? I see fair amounts of bananas and berries, and honey here and there (which we of course love to, but of which I am now a little fearful). Take care.
