We use coconut oil for everything! I use it as a preventative during cold and flu season, cooking and baking, this might be TMI….we also use it as a lubricant during my pregnancy because of its antimicrobial properties ( I battled yeast and slight UTI issues with my first pregnancy…coconut oil seems to be the trick this time!)
