Meal Plan Monday
Over Mother’s Day weekend I got to hang out with Cindy and Meredith, two of my favorite moms ever. This was probably our last time to hang out for an entire weekend before we are outnumbered by our children so we focused on relaxing as much as possible. We did such a good job I am not ready for this week to begin. So, I planned a lazy menu that won’t require much. Works for me!
