Standard Process Cleanse: Day 12 Recipes

Last night was Daniel’s first meat in 11 days. I thought he deserved something special so I roasted a pasture raised chicken from Rehoboth Ranch. After exercising obvious restraint and limiting himself to two pieces, Daniel declared we should have one of these chickens every week. “Can’t,” I told him. “We don’t have enough room in the freezer to store that many.”

Apparently I am getting a new freezer to add to my current one (plus TWO refrigerators).

With meat back on the menu life is looking up for Daddypotamus. I have some more special meals up my sleeve (okay, not actually), so stay tuned!

Many of the cleanse recipes I blogged about were experiments, and some weren’t so great. So I went back and tested new recipes, and I created an eBook showcasing the BEST TASTING cleanse recipes I came up with. You won’t find them in my blog.
