I just wanted you to know I have been looking at that chutney recipe since you used it on your first cleanse day…and today I went out and bought all the ingredients to make it!!
Your recipes are wonderful…and so is your site. I live on an organic farm in Virginia and am always looking for new exciting ways to use vegetables!

Kaitlin, I’m so glad to know you’re out there! My husband and I would like to start a CSA in Texas if we can afford to buy some land. Maybe I could pick your brain sometime on how you got it going?

Have you made the avocado chutney yet?

        Heather!

Yes I would love to talk to you about CSA’s! It is difficult and takes a lot of dedication, hard work, and blind faith…but is definitely worth it. And I hear you, we are actually doing ours on a rented farm right now because we cannot yet afford to buy. But we are always looking and hoping to find the right piece of land to settle on long-term. Right now we have about a 3 year plan on the current property.

And yes I made the chutney. It was awesome! Your cooking and meal plans are an inspiration! I try to make as much from scratch and from good ingredients as possible! Since then I’ve made a couple of your cleanse recipes…they all turned out very well! I’m not very familiar with the standard process products but the cleanse looks very interesting. We are always looking for ways to improve our health and help educate others.

Anyway, do keep in touch and I would love to talk sometime!

Oh, so glad you liked the chutney! If/when the time comes I will definitely email you with some CSA questions ; – )

Standard Process is exclusively sold through healthcare professionals like chiropractors and certified nutritionists, so that may be why you haven’t heard much about it. I have been buying supplements for a long time and I love SP because they are much less expensive than their equivalents. I have found a place that sells the SP Cleanse package online and will post it soon for people who don’t have access through local professionals.
