The Real Food Summit – a 10 day online conference featuring 28 experts on real food – has been extended one more day! If you didn’t have time to tune in for:
- Chris Kresser’s talk on why seafood is essential (And why it is much “cleaner” in terms of PCB’s and dioxins than beef/chicken/vegetables, plus the critical factor that prevents us from absorbing mercury!)
- Zoe Harcombe, Cambridge graduate and author of The Obesity Epidemic, on food addictions and how nutritional misinformation is fueling the obesity epidemic
- Mark McAfee on how raw milk can heal a broken immune system
You can check them out for FREE today, just pop over here to join the conference!
Did You Miss A Presentation You REALLY Wanted To See?
Like maybe:
- Pam Killeen on solving adrenal burnout (which was AWESOME!!!)
- Rami Nagel on curing tooth decay

That was one of my favorite presentations!
Mine, too Brandis L Roush! Unfortunately I missed quite a few because of my schedule so I can’t really compare them all. What I can say, though, is that the presentations I made it to were AMAZING, and I’m looking forward to learning more as I listen to them while making dinner!
I have listened to all of them except the very last one, and I fell asleep half way through Kayla Daniel- nothing against her presentation, it was really good, but I was in the car on the way back from a LONG weekend (wedding, travel, kids… you know). So I need to re-listen to her. There were definitely some I liked better than others, but overall, yeah, I was blown away by the amount of information, and it seems like just about every day I found myself thinking “this is my favorite presentation.” I bought the whole package because I tried to take notes for all of the presentations, but with being out of town this past weekend and there being SO MUCH great info, I decided it would be a worthwhile investment. But I do think you should have been a presenter- I think you should have talked about the antioxidant and sun thing… next time maybe!
Ahh, that would be so fun! Maybe I will talk to Sean about it
I was so excited to find your book! I have tried lots of remedies and cures (all extremely expensive). I get sick often and always have a yeast/candida infection. I don’t want to pass this along to my new baby (9 months old boy). I found your book Nourished Baby thru another blog. I didn’t grow up w/ fermented foods so I knew very little about them. I ordered some fermented cod liver oil yesterday (the stuff you recommended). I’ve been researching like a madwoman since. I can’t get any housework done! Haha!
Everything you’ve said seems spot on. I am excited to start doing fermented foods! I hope it will help balance out my bacterial imbalance! Thank you for this information! I still have a question… how do I get raw whey? I buy raw goat milk from a farm, but… call me stupid… I can’t figure out what “whey” is. Plus, I am lactose intolerant, but I can tolerate small amts of goat milk (raw). Can I make “whey” from raw goat milk? Sorry for the newbie question.

Super excited to get started!!!
PS – I’ve giving the fermented cod liver oil to my baby, too, when it comes in!!
