I am two snapshots away from completing a project eight months in the making. In about thirty days I’ll be ready to push. Yes, I’m having a book baby. ;)

  3. Are you writing a cook book?!!?

    • Heather says:

Yes, Kaitlin! Last summer Daddypotamus did the Standard Process 21 Day Purification Cleanse and I blogged my recipes. To this day it is one of the top things people come to read most. Unfortunately, that was my first time to cook for the cleanse and many of the dishes (there’s no easy way to say this) aren’t very good! I learned a lot about what works and what doesn’t during those 21 days, so I decided to put my experience to use and create a recipe book. I created a standard that if my family wouldn’t eat it as part of our everyday menu it wasn’t worthy of the cleanse, either. Cleanse food should not be yucky . . . it should be a time to celebrate fresh foods and real flavor while improving the way our bodies look and feel. I hope I accomplished that!

  4. aha! i knew it! what do i win? ;)
